Welcome to the Integrated Microsystem Packaging & Embedding into Human Environment Laboratory
Based on MEMS/NEMS packaging and integration technologies, our laboratory aims to promote research and development of IoT (Internet of Things) devices and systems for monitoring of human environment, especially, animal and social infrastructure health monitoring.
In order to put the developed technologies into practical use, specially, field tests and demonstrations are actively conducted.
